- Bristle brushes (Flat, Round, Filbert, and Bright)
- Soft synthetic brushes for blending
- Fan brushes (optional)
Palette & Mixing Tools
- Wooden or acrylic palette
- Palette knives (for mixing and applying paint)
Easel – Tabletop or standing, depending on space availability, while in the studio in person.

- Rags or paper towels
- Glass or metal containers for solvents
- An apron or old clothes
- Gloves (optional)

- Sketchbook and pencils (for preliminary sketches)

- Canvas (stretched or canvas panels)

Water Containers & Rags
- Jars or cups for rinsing brushes

- Retarder (to slow drying time)
- Modeling paste (for thick texture)
