I’m excited to finally have the physical copy of Studio Visit Magazine, Volume 53, in hand — a publication I am honored to be included in. This issue was juried, and my work was formally selected for inclusion, making this recognition especially meaningful. Seeing the work in print is always a powerful moment, and I am grateful to be part of a publication that continues to support and document contemporary artists at every stage of their careers.
About Studio Visit Magazine
Founded in 2012, Studio Visit Magazine is an independent, artist-run publication that documents the work of contemporary artists through their studio practices rather than commercial representation. Each volume is juried by respected curators, critics, and arts professionals, and selected artists are featured without submission fees or advertising influence. The magazine is published by The Open Studios Press, an artist-run publishing platform dedicated to expanding access to contemporary art publishing. The Open Studios Press also produces several respected publications, including Fresh Paint Magazine, New American Paintings, Art Maze Magazine, PaperWorks, and 20/20 Photo, all of which provide important national and international platforms for emerging and mid-career artists.
