This exhibition honors Black men who have made significant contributions to the art world, both as artists and professors at art colleges and other historically White colleges and universities across the United States. Doctoral candidate and visual artist Ligel Lambert celebrates these influential figures through symbolic portraits created in his signature Fauvist-inspired style. Join us for the opening reception, which will feature an artist talk exploring transformational and inclusive leadership in the arts and higher education.

The evening will also feature an artist talk exploring transformational and inclusive leadership in the arts and higher education.
